California Residents will be charged 7.25% sales tax

International: We are no longer shipping internationally.

Return Policy: All our velvet products are made to order. We do not have a stock waiting on a shelf. If you absolutely must return an item a 20% stocking fee will be applied to your refund.  Shipping will not be reimbursed. Please contact us FIRST and return within 48 hours of receipt of goods.  You must have proof of purchase (a receipt) and pay for shipping. The returned items must be in their original packaging. We recommend that you return your merchandise via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost merchandise during returns. Wrap the package securely.

Exchanges: In most circumstances exchanges are accepted with an added shipping fee to reship to you, just let us know in advance before returning. :)
